Description
Bringing a more authentic experience to your rowing, the adidas R-21 Water Rower features a water-based resistance system, which gives a more traditional feel and sound when rowing indoors. With 7 water levels to choose from, the R-21 allows you to intensify your rowing experience for a greater challenge and better results.
Further enhance your training regime by syncing the R-21 with Kinomap (AVUS-10450BT model only) to take part in a whole host of challenges and scenic motion videos or even compete with your friends in multiplayer mode.
The adjustable LCD screen provides all the live performance metrics you need including, speed, time, distance, calories, strokes per minute and time/500m. The supplied chest strap also feeds accurate heart rate data back to the console so you can track your progress (rower connection only). With a convenient tablet and smartphone holder built into the console, you can watch your favourite movies and boxsets while you row.
Fitted with a densely padded saddle, the rower's seat is made to work ergonomically with your body, allowing for a more comfortable training position for longer rowing sessions. The R-21 also features footplate height and strap adjustments to ensure the rower is perfectly suited to your requirements.
