The adidas lateral speed resistor features two quick fit ankle straps joined together by an ultra-resistance tube with a nylon outer sleeve. By wearing one strap on each ankle you create not just resistance but also a connection between the actions of your core and the extremities of your limbs which in turn develops more explosive and useable lower body power.

As with anything new, start with the basics so keep one foot fixed on the floor whilst the other moves, then as you improve; walk, lunge and stride around lifting alternating feet until eventually and ultimately you are able run and jump whilst powering up the speed resistor.
Gluteus max is the biggest muscle in your body but this tool targets it's smaller weaker neighbours gluteus minimus and medius which can be the weak link in overall hip and thigh strength so strap in and get working.
