I've just placed an order, when can I expect to receive my products?

Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. When your order is dispatched, we will send you an email to let you know. Typically, all orders should be with you in 3 – 5 working days.

How am I kept up to date with my order?

Once you have placed your order with us, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This e-mail confirms that we have successfully received your order and are in the process of picking and packing it. You can expect to receive this confirmation email within minutes after placing your order. When the package is ready to go you will receive an order shipping email confirmation. This means your package has been shipped from our warehouse and is on its way to you.

Where do you ship to?

Currently we ship to the UK and mainland Europe. If you would like to find a retailer in your country, please contact us.

What are the shipping charges?

We provide free shipping on all of our online orders, except workout benches.

Are my payment details protected?

We use secure SSL transaction software powered by Barclaycard for all orders. Your information is secure and will not be passed on to any other third parties.

When placing your order, you will be taken to our secure Barclaycard transaction page to enter your details, once complete you will return to the adidas hardware page with confirmation of your order.

Will you credit back my shipping costs if I return my order?

Provided your complete order is returned to us, and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund your shipping costs as well as the cost of the product. If you are only returning one item from a multiple item order, then unfortunately we will not refund the shipping costs.

What are the return rules and restrictions?

You may return your adidas purchase within 7 days from receipt for a full refund. If the return falls outside of this period, or the item is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging, we cannot accept the returned items and cannot give a refund. Clothing returns can only be accepted if the original label/ hangtag has not been removed.

EXCHANGE POLICY does not exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for refund and place a new order. It is only possible to get a refund on returns when the return is in line with our return policy.
